- The sharpener is for wooden pencils only. Do not insert any other items or non-wooden pencils into the sharpener.
- Clean the tray before it is full.
- Clean the rotary part before it is full.
- Remove the batteries from the sharpener if you are not going to use it for a long time.
- If the sharpener stops or slows down while sharpening, try applying less pressure to the pencil.
